This year’s speaker, Catherine Wolko, the “bee lady”, is a second-generation beekeeper and owner of The Humble Bee Honey Company and The Hive @ The Pin, a Farm Store and Honey House, located in Oakville, Connecticut. Cathy believes that protecting our pollinators begins with us.  Learn about the plight of the monarch butterfly, the honey bee, and the endangered native bumblebees, and how we can do our part to save these fascinating pollinators.
